• As each piece is individually hand-painted, slight variations in brush strokes or color are a natural part of the handcrafted process, making every creation truly one of a kind. Additionally, the actual fabric color may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in lighting and display settings.

As each garment features intricate hand-painted artwork, we highly recommend dry cleaning for the first wash to set the colors.

For subsequent washes, gently hand wash in cold water using a mild, bleach-free detergent. Do not wring, scrub, or brush the painted areas. Always dry flat in the shade, and iron only on the reverse side of the fabric to preserve the vibrancy and longevity of the art.

True art takes time. Because each piece is meticulously hand-painted to order by our artisans, your order will be carefully crafted before being dispatched.

Once your piece is ready and shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our hand-painted collections, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect size was delivered, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photographs of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or assist you with an exchange.
